Cetinje, Montenegro
제탄 공국의 대부분은 독립 국가로서의 지위를 상실하고 1499년 오스만 제국 의 스쿠타리 산자크 행정 구역에 추가될 때까지 오스만 제국의 속국이 되었습니다. 1514년 이 영토는 산자크의 산자크에서 분리되었습니다. Scutari는 Skenderbeg Crnojević의 통치하에 몬테네그로의 별도 Sanjak으로 설립되었습니다.Skenderbeg Crnojević가 1528년에 사망했을 때 몬테네그로의 Sanjak은 어느 정도의 자율성을 가진 독특한 행정 단위로서 Scutari의 Sanjak에 합류했습니다.
